Who we are

Banana Window Cleaning is a residential window and exterior cleaning business in Las Vegas, Nevada, operated under Launchifye LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. We use text messages to respond to quote requests, confirm and remind customers about appointments, and follow up on service.

How customers opt in

Customers opt in to text messages in one of two ways:

1. The quote request form. On our quote request page at https://serviceclub.pro/housewashpro, the "Get a Free Quote" form includes a consent checkbox next to the phone number field. The checkbox is never pre checked; the customer must tick it themselves. The checkbox label reads, word for word:

It is ok to text me about my request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

2. Verbal opt in when booking. Customers who call us to book service can give verbal permission to receive texts about their request and appointments, and we record that consent on their customer record.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. A customer can request a quote and book service without agreeing to receive text messages.

Message frequency, rates, and opting out

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time to opt out. After you opt out you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent.
