Privacy Policy
Plain English version: we collect your account data, the CRM data you store, the communications you send and receive, and usage data. Your customers' data is yours; we process it only to run the Service for you. We share data only with the providers that run the Service (payment processing, telephony and text, email delivery, AI processing, hosting). We do not sell personal information. You can access, correct, or delete your data.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Service Club, a service of Launchifye LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Service Club," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our platform, websites, and services (the "Service"). It is effective as of the date above.
Two roles matter here. For information about you, the business owner or team member with a Service Club account, we decide how and why it is processed (we are the controller). For information about your customers that you store and use in the Service (your contacts, leads, jobs, conversations), you are the controller and we process it only to provide the Service to you. Your own privacy notice to your customers is your responsibility, and we act on your instructions for that data.
2. What we collect
Account data you give us: name, email, password, business name, business address and branding, phone number, team member details, and identity verification data collected by our payment processing partner when you set up payouts.
Contact and CRM data you store: your customers and leads (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, notes), quotes, invoices, jobs, tags, consent records, and everything else you or your team put into the CRM. This is your customers' data; you control it.
Communications content: the texts, emails, web chats, and calls (including recordings and voicemail transcriptions where you enable them) sent and received through the Service, processed so we can deliver, display, and, where you use AI features, assist with them.
Usage data collected automatically: log data, device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, feature usage, and analytics events on your public pages. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and understand product usage.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and secure the Service.
- To deliver your communications (sending your texts, emails, and calls to your customers, and receiving theirs back to you).
- To power AI features you use (drafting, analysis, automations). Communications and CRM content processed for AI features is used to produce your results, not to train third party foundation models under our agreements with AI providers.
- To bill for usage, process payments, and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To provide support and send service and account notices.
- To improve the product, using aggregated or de identified data where practical.
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to run the Service, with providers acting under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Payment processing: our payment partner acts as merchant of record for payments and payouts and handles identity verification, card processing, and bank disbursement under its own terms and privacy policy, presented to you during payment setup.
- Telephony and text messaging: carriers and a telephony provider route your calls and texts and process the associated phone numbers and message content.
- Email delivery: an email delivery provider transmits the email you send through the Service.
- AI processing: AI providers process the content you submit to AI features to generate results.
- Hosting and infrastructure: cloud hosting, storage, and content delivery providers run the systems the Service lives on.
Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent collected through our services are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We may also disclose information to comply with law or valid legal process, to protect the rights, safety, or property of Service Club, our merchants, or the public, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to you).
5. How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete data or close your account, it is removed from active systems within 30 days and from backups within a further 30 days. Some records are kept longer where the law or our legitimate needs require it: consent and acceptance audit trails, financial and tax records, and payment dispute evidence.
6. How we protect it
We use industry standard safeguards: encryption in transit and at rest, role based access controls (your team members only see what their role allows), row level data isolation between businesses, audit logging on sensitive actions, and monitored infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information we will notify you as required by law, without undue delay.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including under California law and similar state privacy laws), you have the right to:
- Access: ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy in a portable format.
- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate personal information (most account data you can correct yourself in settings).
- Deletion: ask us to delete your personal information, subject to the legal retention exceptions in section 5.
- No sale: we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of; that is a commitment, not just a right.
- No discrimination: we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
To exercise any right, email privacy@serviceclub.pro. We will verify your identity (usually by confirming control of your account email) and respond within the time the law requires (45 days in California, extendable once). You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
If you are a customer of a business that uses Service Club and you want your data accessed, corrected, or deleted, contact that business: they control your data, and we will help them fulfill your request.
8. Children
The Service is for businesses, and accounts are not directed at or available to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. For material changes we will notify you by email or inside the Service before they take effect, and the date above will change. Continued use after the effective date means the updated policy applies.
